Our Philosophy
Supporting parents in their vital role as primary educators, we provide an environment where personal excellence and character development are nurtured through our curriculum, a strong collaboration with families and the cultivation of virtues.

Our Difference
Virtues Education

Virtues education is a core part of our programme, and is weaved into all activities at The Study. We dedicate a specific part of our daily programme to introducing and talking about the virtues. Our students are guided in reflecting on and discussing how the virtues can be applied to their everyday lives, how they can set goals and create action plans for self-improvement.
We equip them with skills they need to build healthy relationships, manage their emotions, resolve conflicts respectfully and collaborate with peers. We create a safe space for them to grow in character that will set them up for success in life.

Mentorship Programme

Every child's journey is unique, and we honour that individuality deeply. Our core belief is that potential blossoms not just with care, but with insightful, personalised guidance. This is the driving force behind our unique Mentorship Programme.
At The Study, each child is assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide them and their families with tailored support. Our mentors forge connections with students through regular interactions and empower children in developing academic, social, emotional and life skills. They offer encouragement and inject a healthy amount of challenge designed to stretch abilities and build resilience.

Parent Empowerment

Parenting today is more complex than ever – balancing demanding schedules, navigating the digital world, supporting your child's character development and holistic growth amidst increasing pressures.
We believe in actively supporting your important role as your children's primary educators, by maintaining regular two-way communication, providing advice and relevant, practical resources. Parents can look forward to curated talks, workshops, and sharing sessions designed to address contemporary parenting challenges. We highly encourage parents' active participation in our functions.
We strive to build more than just a student care centre; we aim to foster a vibrant community of parents connecting, sharing insights, and feeling empowered!
